Buckhorn Children & Family ServicesBuckhorn Children’s Center Campus – Buckhorn, Kentucky We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to work with staff and children in the following positions: Cottage CoordinatorEssential duties will include supervising staff, performing administrative functions, facilitating program/treatment goals, and ensuring compliance with licensing and regulatory agencies. Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree. Supervisory Experience Preferred. Must demonstrate strong qualities of maturity, patience, good communications, and problem-solving skills. Must be comfortable working in a structured environment with established treatment models. Lead Mental Health AssociateProvides the therapeutic environment required to help change the lives of at risk youth and offers nurturing and supportive caregiver relationships to youth, appropriate role modeling, and consistent and adequate structure enhancing a youth’s ability to make responsible and safe choices. Supervises staff. Minimum Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in a mental health field. Residential Youth WorkersSupervises and nurtures children in a beautiful campus atmosphere.
