The Hazard-Perry County Chamber of Commerce hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday for Hazard’s newest business, a best and breakfast called Harmony House. Owner Sherry Spradlin said the business, which boasts three private suites, opened on Thursday. The business is located at an historic house at 300 Broadway in Hazard. The house was originally built in 1922, Spradlin noted, and once held a musical conservatory. She said they are currently working on a website and Facebook page.
