Last week, the Perry County Central Commodores hosted the Hazard Bulldogs in boys’ soccer action. Scoring was at a minimum as the Commodores came away with a 2-0 win.
The first half ended with the score tied at zero. Perry Central picked up a goal midway through the second period as Logan Spencer connected on a penalty shot. Spencer would then add the only other goal of the game as he made a solo run through the defense, and hit a low shot off the far post.
Justin Combs from Hazard had a great game in goal as he was busy all night long. The Commodores out shot the Bulldogs 35-2.
