The Hazard Lady Bulldog volleyball team played a pair of games on the road last week. The first was at Harlan, and the second at Powell County.
Early in the week, the Lady Bulldogs took on Harlan. Hazard had little trouble finishing off the best of three match.
Hazard came out of the gate strong and jumped out to an early lead. The Lady Bulldogs finished off the game with a flurry, giving them the 25-11 win.
Harlan picked up the pace in the second game, but to no avail as Hazard was able to keep the momentum on their side of the court. The Lady Bulldogs went on to win the game, and the match, with the 25-17 win.

The Lady Bulldogs closed out the week on the road at Powell County. This time the match was set at the best out of five series.
The first game was nip-and-tuck throughout, with the Lady Bulldogs needing extra serves to finish off the Lady Pirates 26-24. Hazard would manage to keep the momentum on their side of the court in the second game, and went on to win 25-20.
The third game would belong to Hazard from the opening serve. The Lady Bulldogs would take the game, and the match, with the 25-12 win.
