Commodores fall in final district match-up

The Perry County Central Commodores traveled to Harlan on Friday for their final district game of the season. The Commodores needed a win over the Black Bears to lock in a home game for the playoffs.

Things did not go well for the Commodores in this contest as they were unable to effectively move the ball on offense. Defensively, Perry Central was unable to stop the Black Bears’ running game.

The Commodores eventually fell in this game 57-12. The loss put Perry Central’s record at 5-4 on the season, and 1-2 in district play.
