The Perry County Central Commodores took on the Jackson County Generals as part of their senior night celebration. The Commodores started slowly, but then exploded to overpower the Generals 89-49.
In the early moments of the game, it looked as if the Generals were going to give the Commodores quite a game. However, midway through the first period, Perry Central began to take control. They ended the period with a 22-13 lead.
Perry Central began to roll in the second period, and was playing well above the rim with several dunks in a couple of minutes. The Commodores went into the locker room with the 47-20 advantage.
Jackson County came to life for a brief period in the third quarter, but to no avail (60-40). Perry Central closed out the game on a roll, taking the 89-49 win.
