Dores avenge early loss to Dawgs

On Saturday, the Perry County Central Lady Commodore and Hazard Lady Bulldog softball teams hooked up for the second time this season. The Lady Bulldogs came away with the win in the first meeting.

Perry Central took control of the game from the first inning, scoring a single run in each of the first two innings (2-0). The Lady Commodores then struck for three runs in the third inning, giving them the 5-0 lead.

The Lady Commodores continued to add to their advantage in the fourth inning, putting them up 6-0. The Lady Bulldogs put together a rally in the fifth inning, but it would be cut short at two, giving Perry Central the 6-2 win.
