HAZARD – An indictment was returned Friday against a Perry County man accused of shooting three people at a college in Hazard last month.
Dalton Stidham, 21, of Bulan, was indicted on three counts of murder, a capital offense, according to the indictment. Stidham was initially charged on Jan. 15 after police said he shot and killed Caitlin, Jackie, and Taylor Cornett in the parking lot of Hazard Community and Technical College.
Stidham is currently being lodged in the Leslie County jail without bond. He will be arraigned in Perry Circuit Court on Feb. 21.
