Napier-Pollard Reunion

The 27th annual Napier-Pollard Reunion will be held on Saturday, September 10 at Perry County Park Senior Citizen Building from 11 p.m. to 5 p.m. All family and friends invited. Bring covered dish.

Kodak Reunion

The 12th Annual Kodak Reunion will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016. Place: Carr Creek State Park Litt Carr Campground Pin Oak Shelter house Time: 11:00 AM thru 3:00 PM All former teachers and students of Kodak grade school and people who lived at Kodak, Meem Haskins and Green Ridge are encouraged to come and enjoy renewing friendships and sharing memories. Please bring a covered dish. Soft drinks and water will be furnished.

Homecoming Service

Yerkes Baptist Church will be having their Annual Homecoming Service on Sunday, Sept. 11 at 10 a.m. Following the service, there will be a dinner. Come and enjoy good preaching, singing, food and fellowship

M.C. Napier Grand Reunion

First Creek-Blue Diamond Reunion

The annual First Creek – Blue Diamond Reunion will be held the weekend of Sept. 9 – 11 at the Buckhorn Lake State Park Lodge. We encourage all former students of First Creek High and Jr. High School and former residents of all First Creek communities to attend and enjoy sharing memories. Bluegrass music Friday night and “Oldies’ Music Saturday night. Run with The Dawgs

The Hazard Police Department will have a 5k/10k run/ 1 mile walk on Sept. 17. Registration will be at 7 a.m. at City Hall Picnic Shelter. Race begins at 7:30 a.m. There will be a $20 pre-registration fee. A $25 registration fee on Race Day. All proceeds go to the Hazard Football Team. Camp Hope free camp

A free one day retreat for children, ages 6 to 12, and their Caregivers who have experienced the death of a loved one within the past two years. It will be held on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Registration deadline is Sept. 2. For more information please contact Susan Houston at 606-439-2111.

Fall Basketball League
