Two-vehicle accident on Hwy. 15

Emergency crews were on the scene. Traffic on Hwy. 15 backed up as the crash scene was investigated.


HAZARD — A two-vehicle accident on Hwy 15 at the Morton Blvd. intersection near Food City detoured traffic traveling north on Hwy 15 as of 1:45 p.m. on Monday. Officers with the Hazard Police Department and the Hazard Fire Department arrived on the scene.

No one was seriously injured in the accident. The driver of the silver car fled the scene on foot. As of now, officers have no information to release. Traffic is moving through the area.
