Trailer stolen from Kiwanis Club


Authorities say theft happened Monday night

AIRPORT GARDENS —Local law enforcement agencies are asking the public’s help in locating a stolen trailer that belongs to the Kiwanis Club of Hazard.

Police say the theft happened sometime overnight Monday in Airport Gardens.

The trailer is described as a white Haulmark trailer, 25 feet long and has dual axles.

The Kiwanis Club use the trailer to help support their annual Soap Box Derby race.

If you have any information regarding the theft, the Perry County Sheriff’s Department urges you to contact them at 606-439-4523.

All tips will remain anonymous.

Hazard Police Department said the public can use their Tip411 program and they will forward the tip to the Sheriff’s office.
