COMBS — Four people were arrested by Hazard Police Department during a drug bust in Combs on Friday. HPD says they found multiple bags of cocaine, pills, and cash during the bust.

William Herald is facing charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kendra Herald was arrested on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, and drug paraphernalia.

John Mack Slover is facing charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.

Ronnie Southwood was arrested on an outstanding warrant related to an attempted murder charge.

According to HPD, HPD executed a search warrant on this same residence three weeks ago. HPD says they found a large quantity of drugs and cash during that drug bust.

During this bust, HPD says they found multiple bags of cocaine, numerous types and quantities of pills, and more than $4,800 in cash.

HPD says they also discovered a vehicle that is believed to have been used to transport the illegal narcotics.
