HAZARD — A six-month long undercover narcotics investigation by Hazard Police Department (HPD) resulted in 11 arrests on Monday. Ten out of the 11 arrests made involved trafficking in a controlled substance.

The Perry County Grand Jury indicted 19 people during its recent session. The indictment warrants came as a result of HPD’s undercover investigation.

So far, HPD has arrested 11 of the 19 that were indicted. HPD says they will continue to search for the others until they are placed in custody.

Those arrested are:

* Tamatha Griffith is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

* Joseph King is charged with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance, first-degree possession of controlled substance, third-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and public intoxication.

* Rodney D. Williams is charged with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance.

* Janet Stacy is charged with second-degree trafficking in controlled substance, first offense trafficking in legend drugs, first offense trafficking in marijuana, and trafficking controlled substance within 1,000 feet if a school.

* Jason M. Combs is charged with first-degree trafficking in controlled substance.

* Alan D. Williams is charged with second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

* Tonya Victory is charged with second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

* Mary Phillips is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

* Jonathan Smallwood is charged with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance and persistent felony offender.

* Mart Combs is charged with second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

* Bobby Williams is charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, third-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and persistent felony offender.
