BUCKHORN—State road crews have been working this week on a section of road in Buckhorn that has been collapsing.

One lane of a stretch of road on Kentucky Highway 28, just before Gloryland Way Road between the 10 mile and 9 mile markers, has temporarily been reduced to one lane while the other lane is being dug up and reinforced to ensure that the road will no longer be sliding down the hill.

Crews said work began on Monday and should be finish Friday, and motorists should expect minor travel delays if they are driving in that area. Caution should be taken when driving in that area.
