On Saturday, the Hazard Bulldogs played host to the Pulaski County Maroons. After a bit of a slow start, the Bulldogs picked up the pace, and cruised to the 79-63 win.
The early moments of the game were back-and-forth, but as the first period waned, Hazard took control and finished with the 17-11 lead. The Bulldogs continued to out pace the Maroons in the second period, and went to the break with the 32-19 lead.
The tempo reached a crazy level in the third period, with Hazard continuing to keep a firm grip on the lead (61-43). The Bulldogs put their offense on cruise control in the fourth quarter, and eased into the 79-63 win.
