The Hazard Bulldogs ended their regular season home stand with the Breathitt County Bobcats. The Bobcats made quite a game of it in the first half, but in the end, the Dawgs would whip the Kats 76-50.

The two teams traded baskets throughout the first period, with Hazard taking the 14-10 lead at the horn. Breathitt County would fight back, but could not hold off a late charge by the Bulldogs, who took the 26-22 lead at the intermission.

The Bulldogs quit playing around in the third period, and went to work, earning a 54-38 lead going into the final frame. Hazard maintained control in the fourth period, and went on to win the game by the final count of 76-50.

Hazard (76) Hollan 28, Tompson 11, Hall 6, Mobelini 8, Hudson 12, Wells 3, Hardy 3, Hughes 3 and Johnson 2.

Breathitt Co. (50) Noble 11, Chaney 8, C. Baker 7, Campbell 3, Whitmore 11, Lane 2 and J. Baker 7.
