The Perry County Central Commodores ended their week long home stand with the Harlan Independent Green Dragons. The game was close throughout with the Commodores edging the Green Dragons 6-4.


Harlan scored a run in the top of the first inning only to see Perry Central counter with two in the bottom of the frame. The two teams traded runs in the third inning to bring the score to 3-2 in favor of the Commodores.

Perry Central picked up their two run margin in the fifth inning as they added a run to their tally (4-2). In the sixth inning, the two teams traded runs again. This would be the final runs of the game, giving the Commodores the 6-4 win.

Perry Central (6) Nathan Pray 2 runs; Austin Neace 1 hit and 1 run; Evan Hurt 1 RBI; Josh Baker 1 run; Jaden Combs 2 hits, 1 run and 2 RBI; Ronnie Long 1 RBI; Dustin Frazier 1 hit; and Dylan Fields 1 hit, 1 run and 1 RBI.
