The Hazard Bulldogs took on the Lee County Bobcats in the semifinals of the 14th region All “A” baseball tournament. The Bulldogs had little trouble disposing of the Bobcats as they rolled to the 16-3 win.


Hazard’s first three innings saw them touch the plate 11 times and take the 11-3 lead. The Bulldogs went on cruise control down the stretch, pushing their margin to a level that would end the game early.


Hazard was able to advance to the championship game of the tournament with the 16-3 win.
