Last week, the Bandits and the Riptide did battle on the little league softball field. The Bandits’ steady offense lead them to the 11-6 win.
The Bandits edged the Riptide 3-2 in the first inning, and went up 6-2 in the second frame. The Bandits continued to roll in the third inning, pushing the lead to 9-3. The scoring came to an end in the fourth inning as the Bandits held on to an 11-6 lead. The score would hold as the final tally, giving the Bandits their second win of the weekend.
