Cordia opened the game like a house on fire, and quickly had the Bulldogs at an 11-point disadvantage. Midway through the first quarter, the Bulldogs began to put things together, but came up short 19-12 at the horn.
Hazard continued to claw their way back into the contest in the second period, and was within striking distance as the half came to an end. The Bulldogs picked up the final basket of the half, and went into the locker room trailing 33-31.
Cordia began to lose their grip on the tempo in the third quarter, and Hazard slowly turned things to their advantage. Going into the final period, the Bulldogs were in the lead at 48-45.
The fourth quarter belonged solely to the Bulldogs as they went on a 28-12 tear. Hazard went on to win the game by the final count of 76-57.
