The East Kentucky Outlaws traveled to Corbin to play two games on Saturday, May 19.
Their first opponent would be the Corbin Riverdogs (18-0). Later that day, they would play the LC Bats from London. The Outlaws defeated them 11-0, giving them a first place seed going into Sunday’s tournament play.
It ended up being a rematch of Saturday’s games with the Outlaws playing the Riverdogs first and winning 15-0, and playing the LC Bats once again with the score of 9-4.
In the Outlaws’ four games, they only gave up four runs and scored 53. The coaches are very proud of these young men.
