New students wishing to enroll at Hazard Community and Technical College can begin registering on Mondays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. throughout May, June, and July, except for the Memorial Day holiday
HCTC offers Associate in Arts, Associate in Science, and Associate in Applied Science degrees, as well as diploma and certificate programs which include: 21st Century Life Skills, Air Conditioning Technology, Appalachian Studies, Automotive Technology, Business Administration, Clinical Laboratory Technology, Collision Repair Technology, Computer Aided Drafting & Design/Surveying, Cosmetology, Criminal Justice, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Diesel Technology, Electrical Technology, Fire/Rescue Science Technology, General Occupational Technical Studies, Health Information Technology, Heavy Equipment Operation, Human Services, Information Technology, Interactive Design Technology, Interdisciplinary Early Childhood Education, Medical Information Technology, Mining Technology, Multimedia, Nurse Aide, Nursing, Paramedic Technology, Physical Therapist Assistant, Professional Studio Artist, Radiography, Surgical Technology, and Welding Technology.
Financial aid applications should be completed by July 16. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.
Tuition or a payment plan with the HCTC Business Office must be agreed upon before classes begin.
