He was the son of the late Dave Sizemore and the late Eunice Chapman Sizemore, and was also proceeded in death by his step-father, Jody Ritchie, and brother Johnny Sizemore.
He was a retired radio man for the United States Navy and also retired from the United States Postal Service.
He is survived by his wife, Loretta Sizemore; daughter Jennifer Boffo and Kirby Combs; sons Dave Sizemore, Michael Scott Sizemore and wife Karen, and Jeff Sizemore and wife Jane Ann; brothers Lamarr Ritchie; grandchildren Blake, Nikki, Tyler, Graham, Shyann, Jake, Renzee, Elliot, Sarah and Christian, along with great-grandchildren Brayson.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 4. Services will begin at 2 p.m. on Thursday, January 5 with Rev. Densmore Goodson officiating. Interment will be at Englewood Cemetery at Christopher.
