She was the daughter of James Lowe and Judy Mae Eversole.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bert Combs; sons James B. Combs and Anthony R. Combs; mother Judy Mae Lowe, and sister Betty Jean Bertram.
She is survived by her daughter, Angela Louise Combs; sons Kenneth Combs of Southport, N.C. and Michael Wayne Combs; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. The funeral service will be held at Brownsfork Church of Christ on Wednesday, August 5 at 11 am. with James and Donnie Oliver officiating. Burial will be at Combs Family Cemetery located at Krypton.
