The Kentucky State Police post in Hazard will begin accepting donations for its annual food drive to benefit needy families and the less fortunate this holiday season.
Anyone interested in donating non-perishable food supplies can do so by dropping off items to the KSP post in Hazard, located behind the Daniel Boone Shopping Center.
KSP will be working with Walmart and the Food Pantry to receive and distribute the food. A KSP cruiser will be parked at the Hazard Walmart on Friday, December 2, and the Whitesburg Walmart on Friday, December 9.
The food drive will continue until December 12.
