The Hazard Lady Bulldog soccer team is gearing up for the upcoming season. Of late, the Lady Bulldogs have had decent numbers at summer practice (around 15), and have been working hard as the season nears.

Last year’s team went 5-13 and bowed out in the opening round of the district tournament. The Lady Bulldogs lost but three players to graduation, and will be looking for last year’s underclassmen to step up this season. Hazard will start their season on the road at Wolfe County August 14, but will play a majority of their games at home. A strong schedule will make it hard for the Lady Bulldogs to improve their record, but come tournament time, they should be ready to play.
