The Buckhorn Lady Wildcats took part in the All “A” region tournament last week, coming away with a 1-1 record while falling in the second round. The Lady Wildcats started with a 58-53 win over the June Buchanan lady Crusaders.
Buckhorn would eventually fall to the Lady Owls of Owsley County 46-40. Kansas Rice led the way for the Lady Wildcats scoring a double-double in each game.
