Stevie Wynn
Stevie Wynn, 32, had been in Perry County for a court date on August 24, and was being transported back to Letcher County in a Perry County Sheriff’s van when he broke through the security cage and assaulted the worker.
Wynn pushed the officer out of the moving vehicle before commandeering the van, which was found two days later near Whitesburg on a gas road. The van was found close to Wynn’s mothers home, according to police.
Kentucky State Police are still looking for Wynn and urge anyone with any information to call (606) 435-6069.
