The Walters’ Toyota Dodgers and the State Farm Cardinals closed out the week in Little League play. The Dodgers scored 11 runs in the first inning to secure the win against the Cardinals.
The Cardinals opened the game with three runs in the top of the first inning, but the Dodgers would counter with 11 in the bottom of the frame. The Dodgers pushed their advantage to 14-5 in the second inning, and closed out the game with an 18-5 win as they scored four more in the third inning.
