In order to replace a drainage structure, the Kentucky Department of Highways plans to close KY 1096 in Perry County on Saturday, Sept. 29. The road will be closed between mile markers 0 and 1 from 8 a.m. until approximately 4 p.m.
No marked detour will be posted. Motorists will need to find an alternate route around the closure. In case of inclement weather, the closure will be postponed until another suitable date.
