She was the daughter of the late Wilson Shepherd and Lodessia Stidham Shepherd.
She is also survived by her husband, Wayne Feltner; son Eddie James Shepherd; sister Betty Coomer; brother Kenneth Stidham and a host of family and friends.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Brothers Funeral Home of Hazard where the family received friends on Tuesday, May 5. The funeral service followed at the funeral home with Rev. Juanita Combs officiating. Burial was at Stidham Cemetery located at Grapevine.
