The Perry County Farmers Market opened for business on Wednesday, with only a handful of sellers offering items from tomatoes and flowering plants, to rhubarb, black walnuts, and a variety of handmade crafts. The market will open every Wednesday and Saturday through Oct. 30 at picnic shelters four and five in the Perry County Park. Hours are 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
