A Perry County man indicted last month on charges of making methamphetamine was denied bond reduction on Thursday. Bridge on Ky. 476 set for repairs on May 20
Beginning Monday, May 20, a bridge on KY 476 in Perry County will be closed for repairs. The bridge spans Troublesome Creek and is located at milepoint 8.75, between KY 550 and KY 80. Flames destroy house near Vicco
A house fire in the Vicco community of Perry County left neighbors fearing for their own home. The Vicco Fire Department responded to the fire at 650 Montgomery Creek Rd. Tuesday afternoon, just before 2 p.m. The fire was fully involved, according to dispatchers. Neighbors said the house had not been lived in for about five years.
