Last week, the Hazard Bulldogs took on the Lee County Bobcats. The Bulldogs had little trouble with the Bobcats as they easily posted an 82-45 win.
Hazard came out of the gate strong, but Lee County was able to keep pace for the first couple of minutes. At the end of the period, the Bulldogs were on top 19-12.
The Bulldogs began to take control in the second period, leaving the Bobcats in the dust. Hazard outscored Lee County 26-10 in the frame, and took a 45-22 advantage into the break.
Hazard came out hot in the second half and put the game on ice early. With eight minutes left to play, the Bulldogs held the 67-36 lead. The fourth quarter was played with a continuous clock, and Hazard went on to win by the final count of 82-45.
