Last week, the Hazard Bulldogs hosted the Owsley County Owls. The Bulldogs would have little trouble disposing of the Owls as they had all the points they would need to win the game early in the second period.
Hazard started strong and built a comfortable 19-7 lead in the first period. The Bulldogs put the game out of reach in the second period as they outscored the Owls 23-4, and went into the break with the 42-11 advantage.
The Bulldogs would go deep into their bench in the third period, and kept the pressure on. Hazard would go into the final period with the 56-18 lead. The game would end quietly as the Bulldogs shot down the Owls 67-24.
