The team did very well. Here are the results Matthew Howard and Granville Howard both placed 1st place in the Gi Division and 2nd place in the No Gi Submission Grappling Division. Liberty Howard finished 1st place in No Gi Submission Grappling and 2nd place in the Gi Division. Maddox Bryant finished 2nd place in both Gi and No Gi. Caleb Helton finished 1st place in both Gi and No Gi submission Grappling. Head instructor Jon Helton was invited to do an invitational only Superfighy against seasoned competitor Jason Matherly from Nashville. Unfortunately he was unable to beat Matherly , bringing home a silver 2nd place medal. Top Fight Academy continues to partake in as many events as possible. Several students are training for on the largest events in the world which will be held in Charleston WV in June.
