Perry Central’s Brianna Dunnigan will be one of the upper classmen that will led the Lady Commodores next season.

The Perry County Central Lady Commodore volleyball team suffered through a difficult season last year, finishing with a disappointing 4-30 record. Much of the Lady Commodores experience, Courtney Brock, Courtney Couch, Morgan Hurt and Hannah Melton, have left the floor.

Perry Central will have a trio of players, Brianna Dunnigan, Makenna Kersey and Elizabeth Sexton, returning with significant experience. The Lady Commodores also have several other players that have been with the team for a while.

The Lady Commodores will be looking to rebuild next season, and for this to happen they will need several younger players to step up. Perry Central is slated to begin their season August 16 on the road at Jenkins.
