The Hazard Lady Bulldog soccer team will start the season with a new coach as Matt Bowling will walk the sidelines. Coach Bowling is not new to the program as he has helped in the past.

Coach Bowling feels the girls will be in the mix come tournament time. “We will be a contender in the region this year. We should have several all-region players on the squad.”

The Lady Bulldogs will play a pair of early scrimmage games. They will scrimmage Breathitt County and Prestonsburg. As of now the dates are still in limbo.

Hazard will begin their season on August 18. The complete Lady Bulldog schedule should be on the KHSAA website at this time.
