In their second game of the tournament, the Perry Central Commodores took on the Graves County Eagles. The Commodores took the early lead, and never trailed on their way to the 67-49 win.
The Commodores outpaced the Eagles in the opening frame to take the 18-10 lead. Both teams picked up the pace in the second quarter, but it was Perry Central that went into the break with the 38-25 advantage.
Graves County would keep pace in the second half, but could never put together a rally that would allow them to cut into the Perry Central lead. The Commodores led 51-37 at the end of three, and went on to win by the final count of 67-49.
