The Perry County Central Commodores took on the George Rogers Clark Cardinals in their fourth game of the Traditional Bank Holiday Classic. The Commodores were able to rebound from their previous loss, and came away with the 62-52 win.
Neither team could establish a tempo in the first period, with Perry Central holding a slim 17-16 lead. The Commodores began to pull away in the second period, and went into the locker room up 33-27.
The Commodore lead continued to grow in the third period, ending with a 51-37 advantage. George Rogers Clark had a final rally left in them during the fourth quarter, but it would not be enough as Perry Central held on for the 62-52 win.
