Wildcats look to improve

The Buckhorn Wildcats are preparing to hit the diamond this week. The Wildcats will be looking to improve on last year’s 12-17 record, and a loss in the first round of the district.

The Wildcats will being returning several experienced players to this year’s roster as Shannon Blank, CJ Davidson, Daniel Hurley, Austin Morris and Nick Stidham will be in the dugout.

Buckhorn will have a full schedule of games for March as they will hope to work around the weather and get in several games. The Wildcats will open at home with Owsley County and finish the first week with a double-header at Berea. At that point, Buckhorn will hit the road for a week.March 13 Owsley Co. Home
