Morris Marcus "Lucky" Gayheart, 68, of Hazard, died Wednesday, March 2 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.

He was a salesman for Frito Lay and a member and board member of the Victory Assembly of God.

He was the son of the late Dave Gayheart and the late Bonnie Mullins, and was also preceded in death by his grandfather, John Gayheart.

He is survived by his wife, Gwenna Gayheart; sons Raymond Gayheart and Morris Gene Gayheart; sister Louise Diblazio; brother Anthony Gayheart and sister Elizabeth Lynch.

Arrangements are being handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard where the family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday, March 4. Funeral services will be at Victory Assembly of God at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 5 with Gene Hammon officiating. Interment will be at Riverside Cemetery in Hazard.
