Authorities in Perry County are on the lookout for two people on drug trafficking charges after their indictments were unsealed in Perry Circuit Court last week.

Karen A. Mosley, 54, of Nancy, and Mark E. Spencer, 33, of Hooterville, were both indicted in separate cases in February on charges of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.

According to the indictment, Mosley is charged with selling oxycodone to a cooperating witness on July 27, 2009.

Spencer is accused of selling oxycodone and methadone to a cooperating witness on July 23, 2009.

First-degree trafficking in a controlled substance is a Class C felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison. Bail for both Mosley and Spencer was set for $30,000 cash.
