There was also be a tug of war at 3 p.m. on the beach and a horseshoe tournament at 4 p.m. by the tennis courts. There was a cookout on Marina Road by the beach house from 3 to 9 p.m. A corn hole tournament began at 6:00 at the tennis courts. The band 2nd Wind will be played near the basketball court under a large tent, and the park’s annual Fireworks display began at dark.

The City of Hazard had patriotic music at the amphitheater next to City Hall beginning at 7:30 p.m. on July 4th. The city gave out free ice cream cones, and the annual fireworks show began at 10pm.

The City of Vicco's annual celebration was held this weekend, with several bands performing live music Friday through Sunday, and a fireworks show held on Saturday night.
