She was the daughter of the late Andrew Combs and the late Polly Fugate Combs. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jim Miller, and daughter Donnie Miller.
She is survived by her daughter, Patsy Miller; sons Jim Miller, Jr. and Christopher Chad Miller; sister Donna Hoskins; brother French Combs; special sister-in-law Cleda Mae Hughes, six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Arrangements were handled by Maggard Mountain View Chapel of Hazard. Visitation was at the Lost Creek Pentecostal Church where the family received friends on Sunday, July 10. Services were held on Monday, July 11 with Ova Jean Miller and Robert Noble officiating. Interment will be at Miller Cemetery at Lost Creek.
