On Saturday, the Hazard Lady Bulldogs took to the court once again in the Food City Classic. Their first opponent on day two was the Piarist Lady Knights.

The game was nip and tuck early, with the game being tied early on. However, the Lady Bulldogs were able steal the momentum, and quickly put their opponent away. Hazard took game one of the match by the final score of 21-11.

The Lady Bulldogs never relinquished the lead in the second game, leading from the first serve. The Lady Knights put together a small rally late, but it was to no avail as Hazard took the game, and the match, with the 21-9 win.
