Vaughn and Deputy Mike Campbell went to a home at Allock near Vicco. Vaughn went to the front door of the home while Campbell went around back.
Vaughn was let into the home by the people who live there, Williams was only visiting. Inside the home, Williams started towards the back, but changed his mind and did not run. He was taken into custody without incident.
Williams was charged with possession of marijuana as well as the UNITE warrant for first-degree trafficking in controlled substances.
