The Hazard Lady Bulldogs traveled to Hi Hat this past week to take on the South Floyd Lady Raiders in an evening matinee. After a long delay to wait on officials, the game got under way.
Hazard was able to dominate the early minutes of the game, and jumped out to a 15-0 lead. At that point, the Lady Bulldogs went to their bench and loosened their defense slightly. At the end of the first period, they had built a 21-3 lead.
Things continued to go the Lady Bulldogs' way in the second quarter, as they continued to increase their lead. Going into the break, Hazard had the game well in hand, and had all the points they would need to win the game (37-9).
