The Sunbirds and the Bandits closed out little league action in the Park on Saturday. The Sunbirds put the game away early, scoring all the runs they would need to win the game in the first inning, and cruising to the double-digit win (13-3).
The Sunbirds put five on the board in each the first and second innings, building a 10-1 lead by the end of the second inning. The Bandits were only able to muster one run rallies throughout the game, scoring once in the first, third and fourth innings.
The Sunbirds went on cruise control down the stretch, scoring three runs to close out the game with a double-digit win 13-3.
