On Friday, the Dragons and the Scrappers did battle on the minor league field. Since the game was on a weekend, the full six innings were played. The Dragons slowly pulled away in the early innings, and exploded in the sixth inning to take the 20-10 win.
The two teams traded runs in the first inning, playing to a 3-all tie. The Dragons pulled away by one run in the second inning (5-4), and posted five runs in the third inning to bring the tally to 10-5.
Neither team scored in the fourth inning. The Dragons doubled up on the Scrappers in the final two innings, giving them a 20-10 win.
